Here I am, tuned in once again with you all.

I haven’t disappeared; I’m still here after a good rejuvenating holiday. In reality, it wasn’t a proper holiday but rather a time when I had to channel my energies elsewhere.

I attempted a challenge of posting once a day, and it went well, to a certain extent. I understood that it’s not essential for me to write all the time, but rather to do so when I feel the need to express myself.

I love this space. It’s entirely mine, built by me, managed by me. I spend whole days working and focusing on businesses that aren’t mine, often speaking with people who started from scratch just like me.

And yet, here I am, writing to you about what I believe in, what matters to me, primarily how to self-motivate to be a bit more confident, believing that things will eventually get better in life, even when everything seems extremely chaotic.

Personally, I can’t even speak too much about confidence, because it’s something more. I have evidence, absolute certainty that there’s something stronger in this world than the reality we see, and I know with even more certainty that there’s a cosmic force more important than our everyday existence. Of course, writing about the intangible is difficult, but feeling it on one’s skin, in one’s gut, is different.

I don’t know if you’ve ever experienced the feeling of being certain that you can achieve something greater than yourselves. Sometimes, it’s easy, like when we train or during a competition, feeling like we can give our best and then triumph. When you feel like you can do what just a second ago seemed like an impossible dream. I’ve experienced it; I’m inconsistent, I admit, but the reality is that if I’ve experienced it, it means it can be done for anything, whatever the motivation.

It’s an energy that lands at the solar plexus and helps us achieve our goals without even exerting ourselves. But where does this energy come from? I write about it not because I know how to use it; if I did, I probably would’ve almost reached all my goals in life. Instead, I want to understand it together with you, how to discover it, how to channel it. But I know it’s there. Of this, I’m sure.

We often perceive an unexplored potential pulsating within us, an energy just waiting to be released and channeled towards achieving our goals. However, understanding how to access this reservoir of inner strength and how to channel this energy can be a challenge.

The first step is recognizing the existence of this potential, an act of awareness that allows us to look beyond self-imposed limitations and embrace our true power.

From here, begins a journey of discovery and practice, where we learn to connect with our deepest essence and understand our passions, talents, and most authentic aspirations. Through meditation, visualization, and self-reflection techniques, we can learn to center our minds and direct the energy towards what we want to manifest in our lives.

This process requires patience, dedication, and a constant commitment to personal growth, but the results can be surprising. When we learn to recognize and embrace our unexplored potential, we become the true architects of our destiny, capable of turning our dreams into reality and achieving levels of fulfillment that previously seemed beyond our reach.

Just as I was writing this, a blow to my ego hit me rather unexpectedly, so I decided to postpone the publication of this article until I felt it was truly mine. And so it was.

I tried to understand how to channel this energy as much as possible, reconnecting with my willpower, and these steps became fundamental.

  • Before going to sleep, dedicate 1 to 3 hours to disconnect from everything and relax.
  • Completely turn off your smartphone, computer, and appliances, and avoid music, videos, and films during this period.
  • Surround yourself only with books, a notebook, the Law of Attraction Planner, and training tools on the pole in my case.
  • Dedicate 10 minutes to meditation before sleeping to calm the mind and prepare for rest.
  • While preparing meals, cook calmly and focus only on this activity.
  • Practice doing one thing at a time during your daily activities to be more present in the moment.
  • Avoid consuming sugars, being aware of their potential influence on the pineal gland.

The results were truly extraordinary!

Initially, those voids scared me, but I rested like never before even while being awake. The things that had knocked me down just before slipped off me as if they were irrelevant. I found the strength and desire again to do what’s important to me, setting aside other things and loading myself with new energies.
