If you could be a character in a book or movie, who would you be? It’s a question that opens the doors of imagination to infinite scenarios, each with its own magic and adventure. Personally, I think the choice would be difficult, but perhaps more important would be to understand why you choose that particular character.
For some, the answer might lie in the attraction to a fantasy world, where magic and supernatural powers reign supreme. Others might want to be a historical figure, to relive past eras or influence crucial events. However, there are those, like me, who would prefer to continue being themselves but with a small addition of adventure and unique connection.
The series “Sense8” gave us a fascinating glimpse into what it means to share thoughts, emotions, and abilities with other people, creating a deep and unique bond. Imagine being able to experience the world through someone else’s eyes, to be able to perceive someone else’s emotions as if they were your own, or to share skills and knowledge effortlessly.
This experience could enrich our understanding of the world and the people who inhabit it, teaching us empathy, compassion, and solidarity in ways we never thought possible. So, even though you would like to continue being yourself, the idea of living a story like “Sense8” could shed a new light on your everyday life, making it more adventurous and stimulating.
Ultimately, choosing to be yourself but with the opportunity to live a story like in “Sense8” could enrich your life with unique experiences and deep connections, turning your existence into an unforgettable adventure.

About a paragraph into this post, I paused to think about who I would want to be and why. I was torn between Glinda the Good Witch in The Wizard of Oz and and the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella. One is dealing with supernatural wickedness (evil witch) and the other is dealing with human wickedness. In our lives here on earth, I believe we encounter both, but without the help of a magic wand. If I were going to choose to continue being me, I would want to add readily available, programmable magic that belongs entirely to me. “Imagine being able to perceive someone else’s emotions as if they were your own.” As an empath, that is my everyday experience.
Have you watched “sense8”? I think it would be an amazing experience because they can see each other as a group and as individuals when they feel the same things and they live . And they are all people you get along with, that you can trust. Extrovert as I am I just love the idea.
If I were a character in a book or movie, I’d choose to be a person who helps save people’s souls!
If only souls had to be saved, I don’t believe they need any saving. Souls are perfect just the way they are.
